TJ Creative Services is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or technology.
Our Commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, and conformance with them helps make the web more usable for everyone.
We approach accessibility as an ongoing process, not a one-time compliance check. Every design and development decision considers users across a range of abilities and devices.
What We've Done
In building and maintaining this Site, we have taken the following steps:
- Structured content with a clear heading hierarchy (one H1 per page, no skipped levels)
- Provided descriptive alt text for all meaningful images
- Ensured color contrast meets WCAG 2.1 AA minimums (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text)
- Designed all interactive elements to be keyboard navigable
- Included ARIA labels on navigation landmarks and interactive controls
- Respected the user's
prefers-reduced-motionsetting, so all animations are suppressed when this preference is active - Built mobile-first layouts that remain usable at any viewport size
- Avoided reliance on color alone to convey information
Known Limitations
We are not aware of any significant accessibility barriers on this Site at the time of publication. However, some third-party embedded content (such as Calendly booking widgets) is subject to their own accessibility standards and is outside our direct control. We choose third-party tools that take accessibility seriously.

How We Assessed This Site
This Site was assessed by TJ Creative Services through self-evaluation during development, including manual keyboard and screen reader testing. We intend to revisit this assessment whenever significant design changes are made.
